The new Goodwill facility in Post Falls offers a bright and modern shopping experience with twice as much floor space. It offers a covered donation dock, so that donors can easily drive up with the donations, and stay protected from the elements.

But, more importantly, this larger facility will now enable Goodwill to offer a variety of its mission service programs in Post Falls through the new 2100 square foot Workforce & Family Services (WFS) office, located on the northwest corner of the building. Previously, residents of Post Falls and Rathdrum drove to Coeur d’Alene for these services. The WFS office will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays, initially. Goodwill will offer Extended Employment Services, Medicaid Supported Employment, and Community Employment Services out of the Post Falls office upon opening. The office will also have two computer stations available for people to access employment information or community resources. In the future, additional services may be available from the facility.
