POSITION: WFS/Working Solutions Participant Advisor

This full-time position will assist Case Managers with daily case management functions, maintain confidential client files and provide general clerical and administrative support. Duties include, but are not limited to: answering multi-line phones, assisting and providing appropriate information to participants utilizing excellent customer service skills, office organization and work flow.
Professional and courteous written and verbal communication skills; proficient computer and typing skills (30+ WPM preferred); word processing; general spreadsheet ability; spelling and English skills. High school diploma or GED, 2-3 years related experience/training, reliable transportation and personal auto insurance. Must pass background and driver record check.
