POSITION: Working Solutions Case Manager Tech II

LOCATION:  Lewiston, ID

Assist Case Managers with daily case management functions, maintain confidential client files, and provide case management and administrative support. Duties include but are not limited to: answering multi-line phones; assisting and providing appropriate information to participants utilizing excellent customer service skills; office organization and work flow; compiling reports using Microsoft Excel.

Minimum requirements include professional and courteous written and verbal communication skills, proficient computer and typing skills (30+ WPM preferred), word processing, skilled spreadsheet ability, spelling and English skills; HS Diploma or GED; 2-3 years related experience/ training; reliable transportation; and personal auto insurance. Must pass background and driver record check.
