Wade Rooks began serving Goodwill more than 20 years ago. Rooks received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University, majoring in Human Resources Management and General Management. Mr. Rooks graduated from Goodwill Industries International’s Senior Leadership Program, and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
