Scholarship fund available for Goodwill employees.
Through the Goodwill Career Advancement Scholarship, you could get some of your education or training expenses covered.
Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the education or training organization or to the scholarship recipient with valid receipts for specific education expenses. These expenses must be current; student loans are not considered a current expense. The scholarship covers specific educational expenses up to $1,250. Awards must be used within one year of the award date. Scholarship recipients will be notified if selected.
What can it cover?
Educational or training expenses are covered! Examples might include, but are not limited to:
- Tuition
- Books
- Fees
- Licensing expenses
- Specialized equipment or supplies
- Special clothing or uniforms
Who is eligible to apply?
- Goodwill employees who have worked part-time or full-time for at least one year.
- Employees must meet the expectations of their position.
- Scholarship winners must wait one year from their award date before applying for another scholarship.
