We serve individuals & families
Many we serve have physical or developmental disabilities, while others seek to overcome mental health impairments, a lack of work skills/history, a record of incarceration, or homelessness. Still others are transitioning from dependence on public assistance to self-sufficiency.
The majority of funding for our social service programs comes from the sale of donated items at our retail stores, outlet store, and online store.
Our Goodwill stores are clean and modern facilities where shoppers of all ages and income levels can expect to find both practical and unique fashions for themselves and their homes, recreational equipment, furniture, and more.
Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest is one of 158 independent members of Goodwill Industries International.
Our Culture
The team members at Goodwill are your friends and neighbors. We live in Spokane, Colville, Lewiston, Moscow, Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Pend Oreille, East Wenatchee, Moses Lake, and smaller communities around those towns and cities. Diversity, inclusion, and equity are at the core of who we are as an organization. We have different beliefs and backgrounds, but we all care about our communities. Our teams care deeply for each other and take care of each other. We tend to view our coworkers as family.
Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest cares for team members through vacation time and optional benefits such as an affordable health care plan, an optical plan, and a dental plan. Team members qualify for the 401K/ROTH retirement matching program after one year with the company.Â
