It’s season four of our What’s, Good, Goodwill? Podcast and we are continuing to celebrate our 85th anniversary! New year, new season, new hosts! Joining Michelle will be Heather Alexander and Hope Ogle to our podcast crew!

Today, we’re kicking off season four with a fresh look at the year ahead, setting new goals, and how Goodwill can help you make those resolutions a reality through donating, shopping, and connecting you with resources for housing, employment, and financial support programs in eastern Washington and north Idaho.

Continue the cycle for good by sharing our podcast on social media and subscribing wherever you listen to podcasts.

Spotlight Story: Lori and TJ

Housing and Essential Needs (HEN) Program

What happens when you shop Goodwill? Stories like this get a chance at being told – TJ and Lori came to Goodwill overwhelmed by unpaid bills and an uncertain future. With the support of Goodwill’s Housing and Essential Needs (HEN) Program, their lives began to change. “I didn’t have to worry about being homeless,” TJ shared. Through financial assistance and career support, they gained new skills, built confidence, and started new jobs. TJ continues to grow with the help of Goodwill’s Career and Resource Center, and Lori has found stability and purpose in her role at one of our many Goodwill locations. Goodwill didn’t just offer financial support; it provided the tools and resources to help them rebuild their lives.
