Together Tuesday: Turning Donations Into Opportunity Across Our Community

Together Tuesday, held this year on Tuesday, June 23rd, is a reminder of what can happen when a community shows up for one another. It is a day centered on giving back, supporting local impact, and finding simple ways to make a difference.

At Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest, Together Tuesday connects directly to the power of donating. Every item given by a community member helps create opportunities for individuals and families working toward stability and independence.

When you donate to Goodwill, your gently used items are more than just goods. They become job training, education, and support services for people right here in Eastern Washington and North Idaho. From helping someone build new skills to supporting their path to employment, each donation plays a role in strengthening our community.

Together Tuesday is an opportunity to take action in a meaningful and accessible way. Cleaning out a closet, packing up unused household items, or dropping off a donation becomes something bigger. It becomes a step toward helping a neighbor succeed.

Our stores and donation centers rely on the generosity of our community to keep this cycle going. As donations come in, they are sorted, prepared for sale, and turned into funding for programs that change lives every day.

This Together Tuesday, we invite you to take part. Gather the items you no longer need and bring them to your nearest Goodwill donation location. With each donation, you are helping create brighter futures and stronger communities.

Your donations stay local. Your impact is real. And together, we can continue building opportunities for all.
