Goodwill Construction Kick Off for New Coeur d’Alene Location

Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest is excited to announce the start of construction on a new location in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

To mark this milestone, Goodwill will host a Construction Kickoff Ceremony on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at 750 W. Canfield Avenue in Coeur d’Alene. Community members, partners, and supporters are invited to join Goodwill leadership and project partners, Baker Construction and LL Studio Architect and Consulting, as construction officially begins.

The new location will make it easier for North Idaho residents to donate, shop, support Goodwill’s mission, and access programs that help people build skills, find employment, and achieve greater independence.

“We’re grateful for the incredible support we’ve received from the Coeur d’Alene community over the years,” said Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest. “Every donation and purchase helps create opportunities for individuals and families throughout our region. This new location will allow us to expand that impact and serve even more people across North Idaho.”

Guests attending the kickoff ceremony will have an opportunity to learn more about the project while enjoying coffee and refreshments.

The new store and donation center represent Goodwill’s continued commitment to strengthening communities through the power of work. Revenue generated through donated goods helps fund employment services, job training, and support programs that empower people to reach their goals and build brighter futures.

Additional updates on the project and construction progress will be shared as work moves forward.
