Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest is offering assistance to households affected by the 2026 Spokane Complex Fires through its Wildfire Relief Program.
This program is designed to help eligible Spokane County residents who have been displaced by the recent wildfires and need support securing or maintaining housing as they recover. Financial assistance is provided through direct payments to landlords, utility companies, or other approved third-party providers.Â
Assistance May Be Available For:
- Rent or lease payments
- Temporary hotel or motel stays
- Security deposits and move-in costs
- Utility payments and utility arrears
- RV or manufactured home lot rent
- Application, background check, and credit check fees
- Required rental insurance
- Other approved housing-related expensesÂ
Who Qualifies?
To be eligible, households must:
- Resided in Spokane County during the Spokane Complex Fires
- Have been displaced by the 2026 Spokane Complex Fires
- Meet income requirements of 120% Area Median Income (AMI) or belowÂ
