Third Ave. Services available: Primary Care, Physicals, & Pediatrics–Women’s Health, Injury & Illness–Referral to Specialists–Medications General Assistance from a Community Health Worker. The CHAS Mobile Dental Clinic will be on site in front of the Downtown Spokane Goodwill Administrative Building located at 130 E.
